When filling in your profile information you will be asked to enter an Identification number, please use the same number that was issued to you when you enrolled, or were hired, at your facility; the ID number is used to ensure that your personal record matches your school records.

Students:

Input your student ID number. (This number can be found on your school identification card)

Faculty:

Enter the employee number your school issued you when you were hired. (This number can be found on your school identification card)

Account Coordinators:

Input the default value found in your Coordinator Registration Instructions.
