Check your junk/spam folder!

Automated response emails are frequently filtered to your junk folder by your email provider. Before submitting a support ticket check your junk, clutter or other folders used by your email service to filter emails it thinks you don't want.  All devices have junk folders in the email applications.  Whether you are using a laptop, desktop, tablet or phone you will have a junk folder you need to check.  If you can't locate the junk folder on your phone email, use your email account on a laptop or desktop where your mail junk folder is easily accessible.  

 

To view our email as it is intended, please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts and safe-sender list.


Some large organizations also have additional filters on incoming email which slows down the verification email.   As an alternative, you can send authentication codes to your text-enabled phone. Contact [email protected] to add this information to your account.


You can change your verification preferences in your Profile.  You can find it under by clicking My Dashboard > My Account > My Security Settings.
